Click the ( UPLOAD PHOTO button ) on our website, you will be automatically be directed to this page after you place your order. Choose your pet’s photo from your camera roll and email it to us. You will also receive instructions after you place your order).

 Step 5: Quality Check & Finalization

Once we receive the email of your pet we will start on your artwork and send you a proof for your approval. IMPORTANT* You must check your email as we will send you your proof for approval, delay on this will slow down the production. Once approved, your order is sent into production. We will send you a shipping notification as soon as we send off your order. Your dog portrait will be checked by three separate members of staff to ensure your artist has created a piece you will love. Our Paw review process is strict and we only move to production when it has passed all of our internal checks.
