A: You don’t have to be a professional photographer to snap a great picture of your pet, BUT we do have some tips before you make your final purchase. We recommend photos in sunny or bright light (so we can catch details) and having your pet sit or stand up. If we happen to not be able to use your photo, we will reach out to you and request you send us another one. If you have trouble uploading your pet photo on the website you can email the photo to photo@frameyourpets.com

A: Every custom portrait is created by our very talented artists. We hand draw and digitally create your pet into a stylish, unique and personalized piece of art.

A: When you email us the photo, please specify which pet goes with each name (if you choose to have a name in the picture). There will be an additional charge for a 2nd pet.

A: Absolutely not! We can use any animal and turn it into a one-of-a-kind art masterpiece.

A: Our Timeline Does Not Start Until We Confirm That We Have Received Your Best Friend’s Photo! It is vital that you check your email as we will send you a proof that must be approved.

> We take 2 to 3 working days to design your artwork.

> We take 2 to 3 working days to print and ship your order after you’ve confirmed your order.

> Revisions (if requested) will alter the timelines that are stated above. This will vary on a case-to-case basis.

> Your item will ship via FedEx. Please note: FedEx is experiencing delays on all shipments. Please expect 3-4 additional days from the estimated delivery date for all packages to arrive.

> Please make sure you have the correct “SHIP TO ADDRESS” as once we begin the printing process, we cannot change where it’s shipping to. We are not responsible for items not delivered if the wrong shipping address is provided.

A: Yes, of course. A lot of people buy our products as gifts for other fellow pet lovers. Upon checkout, simply give us the address where you’d like the product to be sent to and we’ll take care of the rest!
