Shipping Policy
We ship all portraits within the United States via USPS Priority Mail.
- Production time: 1–2 business days after you approve your digital proof
- Delivery time: 2–5 business days after shipment
- Total estimated time: 3–7 business days from order to delivery
Please note that production does not begin until you approve your digital proof. The sooner you approve, the sooner your portrait ships. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other circumstances outside our control.
Refund & Return Policy
Because every portrait is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or dissatisfaction with the art style chosen.
We do offer a full refund or free replacement if:
- Your portrait arrives damaged or defective
- There is a printing error on our end
- Your order is lost in transit
To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@frameyourpets.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will make it right promptly.
Proof approval: We send every customer a digital proof before printing. Once you approve the proof, we proceed to print. We are unable to offer refunds based on the final product if it matches the approved proof.
Privacy Policy
FrameYourPets (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect:
- Name, email address, and shipping address when you place an order
- Payment information (processed securely by Stripe or PayPal — we never store your card details)
- Photos of your pet that you upload to create your portrait
- Usage data via Google Analytics to help us improve our website
How we use your information:
- To fulfill and ship your order
- To send your digital proof and order updates
- To respond to your questions or support requests
- To improve our website and customer experience
Your pet photos: Photos you upload are used solely to create your portrait. We do not sell, share, or use your photos for any other purpose without your explicit consent.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with trusted service providers (such as shipping carriers) solely to fulfill your order.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@frameyourpets.com.
Terms & Conditions
By placing an order with FrameYourPets, you agree to the following terms:
- You confirm that you own the rights to any photos you submit, or have permission from the owner to use them
- You understand that all portraits are custom-made and non-returnable except in cases of damage or error on our part
- You agree to review and respond to your digital proof in a timely manner — we are not responsible for delays caused by late proof approval
- You understand that colors may vary slightly between digital preview and printed product due to differences in screen calibration and printing processes
- FrameYourPets reserves the right to decline any order at our discretion
