Description

 Step 1: Design Your Portrait

Use the drop-down options to make your selections. Choose your framed canvas size, pet count, frame color, background style.

 Step 2: Make It Personal

You have the option to include your pet’s name if you would like, this step is optional. Please make sure the spelling is exactly as you want it shown. If you have MORE than (1) pet, please list the names in order from left to right based on the picture you submit.

 Step 3: Almost done

Add the item to your cart, if you are all done shopping, check out.

 Step 4: Submit Your Photo

Click the ( UPLOAD PHOTO button ) on our website. Choose your pet’s photo from your camera roll and email or upload it to us. You will also receive instructions after you place your order.

 Step 5: Quality Check & Finalization

Once we receive the email of your pet we will start on your artwork and send you a proof for your approval. IMPORTANT* You must check your email as we will send you your proof for approval, delay on this will slow down the production. Once approved, your order is sent into production. We will send you a shipping notification as soon as we send off your order. Your portrait will be checked by three separate members of staff to ensure your artist has created a piece you will love. Our Paw review process is strict and we only move to production when it has passed all of our internal checks.
